Department: IT / Technical Support
As a key member of our IT team, you'll troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring smooth IT operations and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard business applications
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems
- Perform system upgrades, antivirus installations, and patch updates
- Set up new systems and ensure smooth onboarding of IT equipment for users
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, solutions
- Coordinate with the central IT team for escalated or complex issues
- Provide remote assistance to users when required
- Ensure all IT assets are installed and configured as per company standards
