Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and software applications.
Set up and maintain user accounts, email configurations (Outlook), and network connectivity.
Provide remote and on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, ManageEngine).
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, system crashes, and performance problems.
Configure and manage Outlook profiles, PST/OST files, and mailbox issues.
Install and update antivirus software and ensure system security compliance.
Support users with VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN-related issues.
Perform system backups and coordinate data recovery when required.
Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory.
