Technical Support & Troubleshooting
1.Provide Level 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
2.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner.
3.Assist users with operating system, application, and account-related problems.
4.Need to give support for AV and Phone (display,poly,speaker,Land line)
Systems & Infrastructure
1.Install, configure, and maintain Windows/MacOS systems and corporate software.
2.Support cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD,VDI.
3.Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies (Active directory)
4. Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and applications.
Network & Security
1.Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
2. Follow the security policies and participate in cyber hygiene efforts.
3.Assist with device encryption, antivirus management, and endpoint monitoring.
4.Monitor alerts and participate in incident response activities as required.
5. Coordinate with vendor team for ISP Link Issue.
Service Management
1.Manage and respond to tickets through the IT Service Desk system.
2.Document solutions and technical procedures.
3.Track and maintain inventory of IT assets (Include IT stock)
4.Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly.
Key Skill
1.Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar technical role.
2.Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS environments and common enterprise applications.
3.Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
4.Experience with ITSM systems (Ticket & monitor tool)
5.Understanding of security principles and best practices.
6.Certifications (preferred): Network+, Microsoft
7.Excellent communication and troubleshooting with problem-solving skills.
8.Coordination with onshore team and end user to resolve the ticket
9. Direct support on-site shift base need to attend onshore meeting IST night time.
10.May require occasional after-hours support with the on shore for the activity support.
11.Physical ability to lift and move computer IT equipment when required.
