Job Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and hardware support to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements/repairs.
Ensure timely support and minimal downtime for production systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hardware and desktop support.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking basics.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Good communication and problem-solving skills
