We have an urgent job opening for a Desktop Support Engineer at a leading MNC company.

Location - Thane

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

SKILL SETS REQUIRED:

 Basis knowledge on network and servers

 Knowledge of Active Directory and group policy objects

 Experience administrating Office 365

 Experience administrating AWS Workspaces

 Network installation (Configure router or switch, if engineer have experience router and switch is added advantage)

 Server installation knowledge will be an advantage as well and anyone have experience in AD will be great since there is migration involved

 Must have the ability to work independently.

 Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 First level hardware support for end user

 Desktop Hardware troubleshooting, Handling virus issues and updating Antivirus software issues for Desktops / Laptops.

 Desktop imaging of Windows/Mac devices.

 Installation / configuration of e-mail clients, MS Outlook configuration, outlook backup, restore & troubleshooting, Handling Remote desktop and team viewers, Installation of Printer Drivers and Troubleshooting folders, Sharing devices & printers.

 Strong in hardware assembling & Troubleshooting, ticketing management systems to ensure SLA is

met on time.

 Troubleshooting basic Network related problems. TCP/IP configuration, Internet Maintenance, cabling,

patching and LAN troubleshooting.

 Ticketing tool experience, SLA handling and closure.
