We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience who can handle both office support and field visits. The candidate must have good technical skills and should be comfortable traveling for on-site support.
Bike is mandatory for this role.
Troubleshoot and install desktops, laptops, printers, and basic IT hardware.
Support Windows OS, MS Office, email setups, and common software issues.
Handle basic network issues like LAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, IP configuration, etc.
Visit client locations for hardware/software support.
Keep records of issues and daily activities.
Coordinate with senior IT staff when needed.
1–3 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
Good knowledge of hardware and Windows troubleshooting.
Basic networking skills (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Bike + valid licence required for field visits.
