Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware components.

• Manage and maintain company’s IT assets including issuing and tracking inventory.

• Respond to user support requests and resolve hardware issues in a timely manner.

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for performance and health.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to staff.

• Assist in setting up workstations, including hardware and basic software configurations.

• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes.

• Ensure data backups and hardware security protocols are followed.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs/replacements under warranty or AMC.

• Support basic networking tasks (LAN, cabling, IP configuration).
