Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Executive to provide technical support to our internal users. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and antivirus tools.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by users in a timely manner.

Assist with user account creation, password resets, and basic network troubleshooting.

Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets and support activities.

Escalate complex issues to the senior IT team when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role.

Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
