Professional Experience
2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or system/network administration
Experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions is preferred
Experience handling branch-level IT support or regional IT operations is a strong plus
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure the uptime and functionality of IT systems (computers, printers, biometric devices, CCTV, OTC, fire alarms, etc.) at branch levels.
Monitor and manage regional network hardware (routers, switches & firewall), and internet connectivity.
Oversee LAN/WAN setup and maintenance in coordination with central IT.
Provide L1 and L2 support to branches for software and hardware issues.
Manage ticketing system for IT issues; ensure timely resolution.
Assist in IT setup for new branch openings (network setup, device installation, software deployment).
Support IT-related work during branch closures or relocations.
