Your knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Office, computer skills, and typing abilities will be essential in carrying out your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Use online platforms and marketplaces to update listings, check pricing, and monitor product availability
Maintain and organize product data using Excel, including updating sheets, generating basic reports, and tracking inventory
Support order processing, documentation, and coordination with suppliers
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all tasks, maintaining smooth daily workflow
Learn internal systems and processes quickly to take on responsibilities efficiently
Assist the team with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas, data entry)
