Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry of customer details, sales invoices, service records, and payment receipts.
Operate billing software, MS Office, and showroom management systems.
Maintain and update inventory records of bikes, spare parts, and accessories.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, service, stock, customer follow-up).
Assist the sales team with quotation preparation and customer documentation.
Handle GST billing, receipts, and payment records as required.
Coordinate with the accounts team for financial entries and reconciliation.
Ensure proper backup and security of showroom data.
Provide basic technical support for printers, internet, and showroom systems.
Assist management with any additional computer-related administrative tasks.
