Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Qualification: Graduation + Computer Diploma/Degree
CTC: ₹20,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Data Operator to manage data entry, data processing, and administrative computer tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and strong computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in company systems and databases

• Maintain and manage digital files, records, and documents

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic MIS data

• Check, verify, and correct data where needed

• Generate daily/weekly documentation as required

• Handle emails and basic administrative tasks

• Coordinate with internal teams for information inputs

• Ensure confidentiality and data security

Skills & Competencies

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Basic knowledge of database/software systems

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Graduation (any stream)

• Computer diploma/degree (mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

Work Environment

• 6 days working

• 8-hour shift

• Professional and supportive team environment
