We are a small but growing law firm looking for a reliable Computer Operator / Office Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing emails and client communication
Preparing and maintaining client bills and office records
Basic typing, printing, and document formatting (MS Word, Excel, PDF)
Coordinating with banks and handling small office errands
Maintaining files (both physical and digital)
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, PDF tools)
Good communication and organizational skills
Honest, punctual, and disciplined
Prior office experience preferred (law office experience is a plus)
