Job Responsibilities:
Operate and manage DMS (Data Management System) efficiently.
Maintain daily records of sales, service, billing, and inventory in the system.
Prepare Excel reports using formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, COUNTIF, SUMIF, etc.
Update customer data, job cards, invoices, and documentation on a daily basis.
Coordinate with sales/service teams for smooth data flow.
Generate MIS reports as required by management.
Ensure accuracy and timely entry of all information.
Handle basic office computer operations (printing, scanning, email drafting, etc.).
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of DMS software (automobile dealership experience preferred).
Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
Good typing speed and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
