We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to handle system assembly, troubleshooting, and technical support for desktops and laptops, including gaming systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hardware knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble, configure, and upgrade desktop and laptop systems.
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues (motherboards, CPUs, GPUs, RAM, etc.).
• Install and maintain software, drivers, and system updates.
• Provide IT support and resolve service tickets efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing technical concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
