Gooma Tech Services is a fast-growing technology services company specializing in digital solutions, IT support, and business process management. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin + IT Assistant to support our operations team.
This role is a mix of administration (managing documents, maintaining records, handling correspondence) and basic IT/software support (assisting with troubleshooting, managing accounts, software updates, etc.). Ideal for freshers and early-career professionals looking to gain exposure in both administration and IT.
Maintain and organize company documents, reports, and records.
Handle routine administrative tasks like data entry, email communication, and scheduling.
Provide first-level IT/software support to team members (installation, updates, troubleshooting).
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed.
Support HR/admin in onboarding and maintaining employee records.
Assist in maintaining basic IT infrastructure and tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).
Generate simple reports and track project updates.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of IT/software tools (Windows, Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot simple hardware/software issues.
Good written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc IT, etc.) preferred.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
Must have a stable internet connection and personal laptop/PC.
Work-from-home flexibility.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
Exposure to both administration and IT operations.
