  Key Responsibilities:

• Operate steam irons, pressing machines, and other finishing equipment for garments.

• Press clothes as per fabric type and garment design.

• Inspect garments before and after pressing to ensure quality standards.

• Remove wrinkles, shrinkage, and shape garments correctly.

• Maintain pressing equipment in good working condition.

• Handle garments with care to avoid any damage.

• Follow safety and operational guidelines.

• Meet daily production and quality targets.

  Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Press Man in the garment/textile industry.

• Knowledge of different fabrics and suitable pressing techniques.

• Ability to operate various types of pressing equipment.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Physical stamina and ability to work in a production environment.

• Team player with time management skills.

  Education:

• SSLC/PUC or equivalent (Preferred, not mandatory).

  Salary: As per industry standards.
