Key Responsibilities
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
Identifying hardware and software problems on various mobile devices and operating systems.
Repairs:
Performing physical component replacements such as screens, batteries, and internal parts, as well as addressing software malfunctions.
Customer Service:
Interacting with customers to understand their needs, explain repair processes, and offer recommendations for device maintenance.

Maintenance & Calibration:

Testing:

Required Skills and Qualifications
