Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Human Resources and Office Administration functions. This role involves maintaining documentation, managing cleaning and support staff and assisting with various day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain daily attendance records for cleaning and support staff.
Coordinate the hiring process for cleaning and support staff as needed.
Ensure cleaning standards are met and address any operational issues.
Assist in day-to-day administrative duties and office management.
Help in organizing office activities, meetings, or employee events.
Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks or errands.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in HR support or office administration preferred.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
