Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure that all cleanliness, sanitation, and guest service standards are met in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance records.

• Report maintenance issues to the relevant department promptly.

• Address guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner.

• Assist in recruiting and evaluating housekeeping staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
