Key responsibilities
Cleaning and sanitizing:
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
Room upkeep:
Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and meet sanitation standards.
Restocking supplies:
Replenish guest supplies like towels, toiletries, and other consumable items.
Waste disposal:
Empty trash cans, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Maintenance and reporting:
Inspect rooms for any maintenance or damage issues and report them to a supervisor or management.
Health and safety:
Follow health and safety guidelines, and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and common areas.
Security and privacy:
Ensure guest rooms are secure and maintain guest privacy.

Inventory: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Laundry: Assist with laundry services.
Guest services: Answer guest requests and provide a positive experience.
Basic maintenance: Handle basic tasks like cleaning and maintaining hot tubs or other facilities.
