Dining Area (Front-of-House):
Daily: Clear and sanitize tables/chairs, wipe condiments, clean menus, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean restrooms.
Weekly: Dust light fixtures, décor, ledges; wash windows/mirrors; deep clean carpets/upholstery.
Kitchen (Back-of-House):
Daily: Sanitize prep areas, clean stovetops/fryers, wash dishes, restock soap/towels, take out trash, clean sinks/equipment (microwaves, toasters).
Weekly/As Needed: Deep clean coolers/shelves, degrease ovens/hoods, replace fryer oil, clean floor mats, check pest traps.
Restrooms:
Daily: Disinfect toilets/sinks, empty trash, clean/mop floors, restock supplies (soap, paper towels).
General/Support Areas:
Dusting high ceilings, windows, décor; cleaning POS terminals; managing lost & found; maintaining dumpster area.
