Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintaining:
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all coworking space areas.
Cleaning restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with supplies and sanitized.
Wiping down surfaces, including tables, chairs, and desks.
Cleaning any shared equipment, such as conference rooms or kitchen areas.
Maintaining a tidy and organized environment, including organizing furniture, shelves, and storage areas.
Restocking Supplies:
Replenishing supplies in restrooms, common areas, and potentially individual workspaces.
Ensuring adequate stock of paper towels, hand soap, cleaning products, and other necessary items.
Reporting Maintenance Issues:
Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues, such as broken equipment, leaks, or damaged surfaces.
Communicating with management to ensure timely repairs.
Collaboration and Communication:
Working with other coworking space staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Communicating with members and addressing their needs or requests regarding cleanliness or maintenance.
Other Duties:
May include assisting with event setup or teardown, depending on the specific coworking space.
May be responsible for removing trash and recycling, as well as managing waste disposal.
Adherence to Safety and Hygiene:
Following all safety and hygiene protocols when cleaning and handling cleaning supplies.
Properly disposing of waste and sanitizing surfaces to prevent the spread of germs.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
