Job Overview:

To assist in the smooth running of the office by providing support in administrative and operational tasks. The Office Boy helps ensure that the office environment remains organized, efficient, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms.

Organize and tidy common areas to create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Monitor office supplies inventory (e.g., stationery, cleaning materials) and inform the supervisor when stocks are low.

Assist in setting up for company events, meetings, or staff gatherings

Assist office staff with minor administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and printing.

Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.

Requirements:

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Additional training in office management or related fields is a plus.

Previous experience in an office boy, office assistant

A positive and proactive attitude.

Basic knowledge of office tools and equipment
