Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
Dust furniture, equipment, and fixtures daily.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
Empty waste bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
Maintain cleanliness of the pantry and assist in serving tea/coffee if required.
Replenish supplies such as toiletries, hand soap, tissue papers, and drinking water.
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of office entrances, reception areas, and corridors.
Report any maintenance issues (lights, leaks, damages, etc.) to the admin/facility team.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per company standards.
Support during meetings, events, and office gatherings with setup and cleanup as needed.
Requirements
Prior experience in office housekeeping or facility maintenance is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
Reliable, punctual, and respectful of confidentiality in the office environment.
