Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer with at least 2 years of experience in designing and managing websites, UI/UX design, and handling social media presence. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, managing content and performance, and enhancing the digital presence of the brand across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

KRA Description/Objective 1. Website Designing Creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly website layouts. Optimizing website performance and ensuring a seamless experience across all devices. 2. Website Management Maintaining and updating website content regularly, implementing security measures, fixing bugs, managing SEO, and ensuring overall site functionality in alignment with business goals. 3. Social Media Management Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, responding to user interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and executing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive traffic. 4. UI/UX Design Designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces. Conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and improving user journey to enhance satisfaction and usability.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop.

• Experience with CMS platforms (like WordPress or similar).

• Strong understanding of SEO principles.

• Hands-on experience with social media marketing.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in an onsite environment.
