About Us

SoftGen Solutions LLP is a dynamic software development company delivering innovative mobile and web applications for brokers, sales teams, and enterprises. We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to design user-friendly, visually appealing, and engaging digital experiences for our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for mobile and web applications.

• Create visually appealing UI designs with a focus on usability and customer journey.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.

• Ensure consistent branding, color schemes, typography, and design guidelines across all platforms.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools especially FIGMA, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.

• Good understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
