About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for visual storytelling. As a key creative lead, you’ll drive design projects from concept to execution—shaping the visual identity of our brand across both digital and print media. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, branding, and product teams to craft designs that are not only visually striking but also strategically aligned with our goals.

An impressive portfolio that demonstrates versatility across branding, logo design, social media creatives, print collaterals, digital assets, illustrations, and visual storytelling is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process across a wide range of projects, including branding, digital campaigns, social media, website assets, packaging, and print collateral.
• Translate marketing strategies into innovative and visually appealing designs.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Uphold brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to take feedback positively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
