Key Responsibilities

• Creative and Technical Collaboration:

  • Select and curate the best images from a large volume of raw photos.

  • Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all images.

• Workflow and Asset Management:

  • Organize, label, and archive digital image files in a logical and accessible manner.

  • Ensure all images are properly formatted and optimized for their intended platforms (e.g., web, print, social media).

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Quality Control:

  • Review and approve final images, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards before publication.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in photo editing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is essential. Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite applications is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of digital imaging, including color theory, composition, and various file formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, RAW, TIFF).

• Creativity and Attention to Detail:
