We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer with over 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, animation, and video editing. You will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms including social media, advertisements, product videos, brand visuals, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging motion graphics for a variety of media including web, mobile, social media, and presentations.

• Collaborate with creative team members, including graphic designers, video editors, and marketers, to develop concepts and execute animated content.

• Develop 2D animations, kinetic typography, logo animations, explainer videos, and promotional videos.

• Assist in post-production tasks such as editing raw footage, color correction, and adding sound effects/music.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand creative direction and business objectives.

• Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently without compromising on quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics or animation.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Familiarity with video editing workflows and formats.

• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of UI/UX animation or web animations (Lottie, SVG, etc.).

• Experience in sound design or working with sound engineers.

• Basic scripting or expressions in After Effects.
