Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in AI-generated video content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging motion graphics, animations, and video assets using both traditional design tools and AI-powered video generation platforms. This role requires a strong sense of visual storytelling, innovation, and the ability to stay updated with emerging AI video technologies.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Creative Video Production

   • Develop visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms, presentations, advertisements, and social media campaigns.

   • Integrate AI-generated elements (videos, animations, voiceovers, avatars) into final video outputs.

2. AI Video Content Creation & Experimentation

   • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Stable Diffusion, Synthesia, Kaiber, or similar) to generate innovative video concepts.

   • Research and test emerging AI-driven video creation tools, recommending suitable platforms for adoption.

3. Brand Alignment & Storytelling

   • Ensure all motion design and AI-generated content align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.

   • Translate creative briefs into impactful motion design concepts that enhance brand communication.

4. Collaboration & Workflow Management

   • Work closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to deliver video assets as per campaign requirements.

   • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and revisions effectively.

5. Quality & Innovation

   • Maintain high design standards across all projects.

   • Propose innovative uses of AI in storytelling, animations, and content creation to enhance engagement and efficiency.

Prerequisite Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D/Blender.

• Practical experience with AI video generation platforms (Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Synthesia, or equivalents).

• Strong understanding of motion graphics, typography, visual composition, and color theory.

• Video editing and post-production skills.

• Ability to work independently and in teams with excellent communication skills.

• Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
