Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or CorelDRAW. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of visual design for YouTube thumbnails and banners, as well as experience in creating high-quality graphics for corporate branding and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and click-worthy YouTube thumbnails and channel banners

• Create visually appealing social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Design corporate creatives including flyers, brochures, posters, and brand collaterals

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and deliver on-brand visuals

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs

• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Good working knowledge of CorelDRAW (if required)

• Strong understanding of visual communication and social media aesthetics

• Good sense of layout, color theory, typography, and branding

• Ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy

• Basic knowledge of Canva or other online design tools (optional but a plus)

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Basic video editing or motion graphic skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects)

• Ability to understand content flow for both English and Hindi posts

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

• OR proven experience and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work

• Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience
