About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our print shop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and print-ready designs across a variety of formats, including pamphlets, posters, visiting cards, t-shirts, labels, stickers, and more. This role requires both creativity and technical expertise to ensure designs are aligned with client requirements and optimized for printing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, flyers, and posters.

• Create professional layouts for visiting cards, letterheads, and stationery.

• Design custom graphics for merchandise, including t-shirts, mugs, and promotional products.

• Develop designs for labels, stickers, packaging, and branding materials.

• Ensure all artwork is print-ready with proper color modes, resolution, and bleed settings.

• Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.

• Make revisions based on client feedback in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to different formats and sizes.

• Work closely with the print production team to ensure designs are aligned with printing specifications.

• Stay updated on design trends, printing techniques, and software advancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a print shop or printing industry.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.).

• Creativity and an eye for detail with the ability to translate ideas into effective designs.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
