Responsibilities:
Create Visual Concepts: Develop engaging and effective visual concepts to communicate ideas clearly and creatively.
Design Branding Materials: Design logos, brochures, and other branding materials that reflect the brand’s identity and effectively communicate its message.
Marketing Assets Development: Create compelling marketing materials, such as posters, social media graphics, and digital ads, to support client campaigns and brand strategies.
Collaborate with Clients: Engage with clients to understand their business goals and design needs, ensuring all designs align with their vision and objectives.
Consistency in Branding: Ensure that all design work maintains consistent branding across various media and channels, including both digital and print platforms.
Typography & Layouts: Focus on typography, balanced layouts, and overall design aesthetics to enhance the clarity and impact of visual communication.
Stay Current with Trends: Continuously research and stay updated on industry design trends, tools, and technologies to keep your skills and the company’s designs fresh and relevant.
Prepare Files for Production: Ensure all final design files are production-ready for both print and digital platforms, with a strong attention to detail for file formats, resolution, and specifications.
Visual Problem Solving: Address communication challenges by designing solutions that effectively convey the intended message to the target audience.
Iterate Based on Feedback: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, or team members to meet the project’s goals and expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe photoshop, illustrator, premier pro, after effects, coreldraw.
Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
Knowledge of print production processes and preparing files for various platforms (e.g., web, print, social media)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
