Job Responsibilities :

- Create visually appealing and effective designs for various media, including digital, print, and social media.
- Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity and style guidelines.
- Design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and business cards.
- Design and develop email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and websites. - Create motion graphics, animations, and interactive elements.
- Optimize designs for web and mobile devices.
- Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure design
consistency and quality.
- Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to the team and clients.
- Take feedback and criticism constructively and make necessary design adjustments.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house design team.
- Portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
