Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in offset printing and pre-press operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign, and should have hands-on experience in preparing designs for final print production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit packaging designs, labels, marketing collaterals, and print materials.

• Prepare print-ready files for offset printing, ensuring correct bleed, resolution, and color profiles (CMYK).

• Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to understand design requirements.

• Manage pre-press tasks including imposition, layout checking, and file proofing.

• Ensure designs are aligned with branding and printing standards.

• Work on dielines, mockups, and visual presentations for client approvals.

• Coordinate with printing operators to ensure design accuracy and quality output.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the printing/packaging industry.

• Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.

• Thorough understanding of offset printing techniques and pre-press workflows.

• Knowledge of paper types, printing finishes, and post-press requirements.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

• Creativity with attention to detail and color sense.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with box and carton packaging design.

• Understanding of print machine limitations and setup.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
