We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer who can visually translate our brand story into engaging designs that inspire people to travel.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at OffbeatCompass, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for our marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website, and promotional materials. You will work closely with the marketing and operations team to maintain a consistent brand identity while enhancing our visual presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media posts, stories, reels thumbnails, and advertisements

• Create posters, banners, brochures, and trip promotional materials

• Develop branding assets such as logos, templates, and visual identity guidelines

• Design itinerary layouts and trip announcement posters

• Edit and enhance photographs for marketing use

• Create motion graphics or simple animations (preferred)

• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials

• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to conceptualize design ideas

• Stay updated with design trends and travel industry aesthetics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools

• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Passion for travel and adventure is highly preferred
