Job Title: Graphic Designer (1-3 Years Experience)

Job Description:
We’re seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and a passion for bringing visual concepts to life. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and support our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email templates, brochures, posters, and more.

Assist in the design and development of brand identity materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and ensure design consistency across all platforms.

Provide design revisions and updates based on feedback from internal stakeholders.

Stay current with design trends and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:
1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

A solid portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including both print and digital work.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality design.

Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements and provide feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Familiarity with web design (HTML/CSS basics).

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
