Job Description:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience who is passionate about creating custom t-shirt designs and is also comfortable handling basic customer calls related to design requirements. The ideal candidate should be proficient in design software, have a good eye for detail, and be able to communicate effectively with customers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative and professional t-shirt graphics, logos, and uniform-related artwork using software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.

• Prepare print-ready files for various printing methods (DTF, screen printing, sublimation, etc.).

• Understand and interpret customer requirements and convert them into high-quality design outputs.

• Communicate with customers over phone and email to clarify design inputs and provide basic assistance related to t-shirt design.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.

• Maintain an organized archive of all design files and job records.

• Ensure all designs meet branding and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic designing, preferably in t-shirt or uniform printing.

• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.

• Basic understanding of printing techniques like DTF, DTG, screen printing, etc.

• Good communication skills to interact with customers when needed.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
