Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing and branding team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools and the ability to create compelling visuals for both online and offline campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity through high-quality graphics, marketing materials, real estate brochures, social media creatives, and digital media assets.
Design and develop engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, real estate presentations, websites, and social media.
Create layouts and design assets for brochures, banners, hoardings, advertisements, and other promotional material.
Collaborate with the content and digital marketing teams to create visual stories aligned with campaign goals.
Maintain consistency in brand language across all platforms and formats.
Edit and enhance photos and videos as required.
Innovate and apply design trends relevant to the real estate and infrastructure industry.
Develop 3D views and mockups for real estate projects and concept presentations.
Adobe Photoshop – Image editing, social media creatives, marketing collaterals
Adobe Illustrator – Logo design, vector graphics, illustrations
Adobe InDesign – Brochure, magazine, and document layout design
Adobe Premiere Pro – Video editing for reels, YouTube, and digital ads
Adobe Dreamweaver – Basic HTML/CSS web design layouts (optional)
Adobe Flash – Interactive content (limited use in modern design workflows)
CorelDRAW – Print design, banner layouts, vector-based design
3D Modelling/Designing – Visualization of buildings, interior/exterior spaces using SketchUp, Blender, or 3ds Max (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of work
Knowledge of real estate or infrastructure industry is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Attention to detail and passion for creativity
