Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging content for both digital and print media. This role involves conceptualizing and designing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and promotional materials to support branding, marketing, and communication goals. The Graphic Designer must ensure all designs align with the brand identity and are delivered on time with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Design & Branding
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for branding and marketing campaigns.
- Design logos, icons, infographics, banners, brochures, and social media posts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
2. Digital Content Creation
- Create visuals for websites, apps, emails, and social media.
- Design static and animated graphics for digital ads and online campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and digital teams to deliver engaging visual content.
- Plan and run targeted digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI and engagement.
- Manage PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns and retargeting ads for product categories and services.
- Develop engaging content such as blogs, product descriptions, datasheets, videos, and infographics tailored to engineers, buyers, and decision-makers.
- Manage company presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
3. Print Design
- Design printed materials like brochures, flyers, packaging, and business cards.
- Prepare print-ready files as per specifications and coordinate with printing vendors.
- Ensure high resolution and quality output for all print formats.
4. Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams for design requirements.
- Revise and improve designs based on team feedback and brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming and creative development sessions.
5. Tools & Asset Management
- Maintain design files, templates, and digital assets in an organized way.
- Manage version control and update marketing creatives as needed.
- Ensure proper file naming, storage, and sharing for team accessibility.
6. Innovation & Trend Awareness
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Suggest and implement modern design techniques and creative enhancements.
- Experiment with new tools, animations, and interactive content design.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong visual, conceptual, and creative thinking skills.
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
