1. Study design briefs and determine requirements
2. Create and design various materials for packaging, print and digital collateral
3. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with graphic tools
4. Ability to work with, create and edit videos would be a huge advantage
5. Work with the direction given by the Creative Director as well as brand guidelines
6. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
7. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
8. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
9. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
10. Perform retouching and manipulation of images
11. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
12. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
13. Work with copywriters and Creative Director to produce final design
