What You’ll Do
As a core member of our creative team, you will:
Design Creatives: Develop graphics, brand kits, and brochures using Adobe Creative Suite.
Social Media Content: Create posts, carousels, and reels tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Content Production: Use our cameras and equipment to shoot video content, photography, and podcasts for clients.
Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other formats with high-quality storytelling.
Client Interaction: Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs, present ideas, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision .
Social Media Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content while maintaining consistent brand presence.
Creative Strategy: Bring fresh ideas and ensure every project reflects both client goals and Baking Digitally’s standards of creativity.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Content Creator.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
Skills in photography, videography, and editing (YouTube + Instagram reels).
Understanding of social media trends, formats, and storytelling techniques.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Bonus: Experience in podcast recording/editing.
