We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with a strong focus on YouTube content design. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling thumbnails, channel branding elements, video graphics, and social media assets to support our YouTube content strategy. The ideal candidate understands what makes YouTube content visually engaging and clickable, and can translate that into effective designs that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that boost click-through rates and reflect the tone of each video.

• Create and update channel branding assets including banners, logos, watermarks, and end screens.

• Develop motion graphics and visual assets for intros, outros, lower thirds, and transitions (if applicable).

• Work closely with content creators, video editors to ensure brand consistency across all visual content.

• Analyze YouTube trends and competitor visuals to continually improve design strategy.

• Design graphics for related promotional materials, such as Instagram stories, YouTube Community posts, and cross-platform content.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
