Educational Qualification 

• Graduate [B.Tech / B.E- Mechanical/Civil] and diploma/certification in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, STAADPro. • Good command over MS Office. 

Skill Set 

• 2D and 3D designing [AutoCad] 

• Strong Knowledge of Designing, Structural Analysis 

• Experience of latest Designing Software like: Revit, BIM and STAAD Pro etc. • Good in Communication Skill 

• Male and Female Candidate 

• Staying max. 45 Minutes commutation time from office 

• Should be honest 

• Should be open to take additional responsibilities 

• Marks should not be below 50% in academics 

Work Experience 

• 3-6 yrs. relevant experience 

• Male and Female candidates 

Job Role 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade planning, design, engineering, and construction management. • Proven track record of effective communication with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders. 

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, structural analysis, and design principles. • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, STAAD Pro and other related software. • Experience in overseeing fabrication and assembly of custom facade systems. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Experience in the use of facade industry software tools. 

• Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• A high degree of professionalism and a positive attitude. 

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively. 

Salary 

Rs 20K – 30K per month. However, salary would not be a constraint for good candidates
