Virtour is India's leading proptech creative agency specializing in 3D walkthroughs, 360° interactive tours, aerial visualization, and innovative marketing content. We collaborate with top real estate developers, industrial parks, logistics firms, and commercial clients to create stunning visual experiences.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate 3D Modeler who can turn concepts, drawings, and moodboards into realistic 3D models for virtual walkthroughs and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed and accurate 3D models from architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) and moodboards.
Model structures such as warehouses, commercial buildings, industrial parks, residential complexes, interiors, and landscape elements.
Maintain clean and organized modeling workflows and optimize models for rendering.
Collaborate with the texturing, lighting, and rendering team to ensure the final output matches project requirements.
Review project references and client inputs to ensure accuracy and realism.
Make revisions as needed based on feedback.
Ensure timely delivery of models as per project timelines.

Requirements:
1–3 years of professional experience in 3D modeling (freshers with excellent skills can apply).
Proficiency in software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or equivalent.
Good understanding of architectural detailing, proportions, and structure.
Ability to work independently with given drawings and references.
Basic knowledge of texturing, UV mapping, and preparation for rendering is a plus.
Attention to detail, creativity, and strong visualization skills.
Good communication and teamwork attitude.
