Job Responsibilities:
3D Animation Creation:

Design and animate high-quality 3D characters, environments, and objects.

Create realistic and stylized animations for films, advertisements, video games, or digital content.

Project Execution:

Collaborate with directors, designers, and other animators to bring visual concepts to life.

Follow storyboards and scripts to develop animations that meet narrative and technical requirements.

Modeling & Rigging Collaboration:

Work closely with 3D modelers and rigging artists to ensure models are animation-ready.

Suggest rigging improvements to enhance movement capabilities.

Rendering & Post-production:

Optimize animation for rendering and integrate with post-production workflows.

Work with compositors to ensure proper integration of animated elements.

Asset Management:

Maintain organized files, asset libraries, and backups throughout the animation process.

Ensure all assets adhere to production standards and formats.

Feedback & Revisions:

Respond to feedback constructively and implement changes efficiently.

Ensure final outputs meet artistic vision and technical specifications.

Technology & Innovation:

Stay updated with industry tools, plugins, and techniques.

Recommend and experiment with new tools to enhance productivity and quality.

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or related field.

2–4 years of professional experience in 3D animation (or relevant internships for junior roles).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D.

Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Familiarity with rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, or Redshift is a plus.

Artistic Abilities:

Strong sense of timing, weight, and motion.

Understanding of anatomy, physics, and cinematography principles.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Portfolio Requirement:

Preferred A professional demo reel or portfolio showcasing a range of 3D animation work.
