Key Responsibilities
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs for print (brochures, ads, packaging) and digital platforms (web, social media, and email campaigns)
• Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, on-brand visuals
• Translate design briefs into creative ideas and draft mock ups, then refine based on feedback
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and style guidelines across all deliverables
• Prepare files for production or publishing—ensuring correct formats, color profiles, and quality
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and design software capabilities
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or comparable work experience)
• Proven experience through a portfolio showcasing skills in layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of web standards and digital asset preparation
• Understanding print production processes—file prep, color separation, resolution
Creative & Soft Skills
• Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving
• Excellent communication and ability to interpret briefs and feedback
• Effective time management: juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Adaptability and openness to critique—willing to iterate and refine designs
