Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM/CAD Designer to join our team in Chennai, with experience in creating technical drawings and 3D models for signage projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural coordination, material application, and production-level detailing using BIM and CAD tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings for signage installation and production

• Work with architects, project managers, and production teams to interpret design intent and site conditions

• Develop BIM models and CAD files as per project requirements

• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications

• Revise models and drawings based on feedback and site updates

• Maintain organized drawing documentation for ongoing and completed projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a BIM or CAD Designer

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM/CAD software

• Experience in signage, construction, or architectural design is preferred

• Good understanding of materials, structural details, and installation processes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai
