Job Summary:
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the assigned territory of South Delhi. This includes developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, managing channel partners, and ensuring smooth operations of diagnostic services to meet the region's revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B and B2C sales within the assigned territory.
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, clinics, doctors, and hospitals.
Promote Redcliffe’s diagnostic services and packages.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely sample pickups and reporting.
Conduct regular field visits and maintain strong client relationships.
Organize promotional activities, camps and awareness drives as required.
Ensure smooth onboarding and training of new clients/partners.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in diagnostic/healthcare sales.
Strong understanding of the South Delhi market and healthcare ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
